To approach the last kilometer, Chestnutwho immediately got off to a good start, moved to take control of this event. Left on the second line, Chitchat clashed with a competitor at the start of the course and had to wait at the rear.
In the last turn, big accelerationHaren de Marzy who comes to attack Chestnut but the resident of Daniel Redén manages to answer him. Chitchat take advantage of the third layer wagon to get closer.
Last 500m -> Finish
At the entrance to the straight, the favorite Chestnut still has the advantage but is under attack from Beautiful Daywho was brought back well and finished better and better. Chitchat who progressed in the last turn, finished strong in the middle of the track and narrowly missed out on success.
Conclusion
In this reference test, Chitchat was ahead Chestnut but the roles could well be reversed this Tuesday on this 2850 meter course of the big track. The race is open but they are strong candidates for the top spots given this latest performance.
