A second man suspected of supplying drugs to British singer Liam Payne before his death in October 2024 in a Buenos Aires hotel surrendered to police on Tuesday. “The 21-year-old went to the Barracas police station (south of Buenos Aires) after his lawyer announced that his client would surrender”police sources told AFP.
