Discover, rediscover, grasp the composer Pierre Boulez (1925-2016) during five conferences on his works coupled with as many concerts programming these same pieces, such is the beautiful operation of the Philharmonie de Paris, which is part of the celebrations of the centenary of the musician’s birth.
Conferences take place on Wednesdays from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (€15 per conference; €60 per cycle).
The sequence began on December 18 with François Meïmoun’s presentation on Memorial, Sonatine et Answer. It corresponds to the next concert on January 6 opening the series entitled “Anniversaire Boulez / EIC & Friends”. In addition to the three works, there will be given In white and blackfor two pianos by Claude Debussy, as well as, in creation, New workfor ensemble by Charlotte Bray.

January 8 : Initialby Maxime Joos. Concerts on January 9 and 10.
January 15 : Notationsby Christian Merlin. Concert on January 17.
12 mars : Ritual in memoriam Bruno Madernaby Laurent Feneyrou. Concerts on March 26 and 27.
19 mars : Cummings is the poet et on Incisesby Claude Abromont. Concert on March 28.
