The association for the development and animation of the Saurat valley (ADAVS) ends its events of the year with its Christmas lottery which will take place this Sunday, December 22 at 3 p.m. at the Amount house. A final event to round off a year full of festivities. Cinema evening (the short film festival), flower market, garage sale, hiking, craft markets without forgetting the famous apple festival… The 2024 ADAVS agenda has once again been busy.

€2,000 worth of prizes to be won

Thus, the association hopes to attract the crowd this Sunday. “Usually, the room is full, and we hope to welcome many more people for this 2024 edition,” confides the president of the association Sylvie Marrot. “As usual, there will be many prizes to be won, for a total of around €2,000.”

Close collaboration with local associations

As its president points out, ADAVS regularly intervenes in partnership in numerous events. “Among the associations with which we collaborate, we can cite the Ancienne Pharmacie. We were notably at its side on the eve of the Apple Festival for the concert “La clef des champs”, or even with the choir of Tarascon during the “Note en Bulle” concert. We also work in collaboration with the association “Saurat, Patrimoine Millénaire, Village-Rue et ses Écarts”. the ADAVS ran the refreshment bar and donated all of the proceeds to the Trail Quatras Cabanas. Furthermore, the Brotherhood of the Apple, on behalf of the ADAVS, offered apple juice to the parents’ association. students as well as the owners of conservatory orchards.”
