Princess Ingrid Alexandra visits Saint Lucia

This Friday, children celebrate Saint Lucia in Scandinavian countries. December 13 is the day dedicated to Saint Lucy, a Sicilian Christian martyr, who died from the persecutions of Diocletian in 304. Saint Lucy’s Day is a festival of light that sets the stage for Christmas celebrations. On the occasion of this special day enjoyed by children, Crown Princess Mette-Marit and her daughter, Princess Ingrid Alexandra, visited Drammen Hospital.
