The Glastonbury Festival is one of the largest music festivals in the world.

The musical event takes place in the southwest of England, not far from the city of Bristol. From June 26 to 30, this gigantic and often muddy “Paléo Festival” welcomes the cream of the artists on stage.

Among the dozens of musicians announced, we were able to see Coldplay, Dua Lipa, Justice, Sza, PJ Harvey and Shania Twain.

But the stars are also in the audience, and for once, it’s not a person from show business who has been talked about, but a 10 week old baby named Finlay.

It all started with a DJ set by Annie Mac, who was performing this Friday, June 28. For a brief moment, the toddler appeared on the screens that bordered the stage, held at arm’s length by his two parents. It was then that the little bundle of joy, equipped with noise-canceling headphones, caused the audience to cheer, much to the surprise of his parents Rosie and Tom.

On stage, DJ Annie Max, seeing the scene, obviously made a dedication to little Finlay as he appeared once again on the giant screens:

“Oh my God, this baby, what a little legend”

This sudden fame and memorable moment are mainly due to the technical team that filmed the concert, since they were the ones who had fun filming the baby, and even highlighting it with visual effects.

Asked by a journalist from the PA agency, Finlay’s parents shared their surprise at having experienced this unique moment in the company of their very young son. A moment that “will probably be broadcast at his wedding,” they joke.

They also explain that their presence is due to chance, since Rosie won places after participating in a competition organized by the British newspaperThe Guardian.

The happy parents advised other families tempted by the experience to “take more diapers than you think you will need.”

For those who think that a baby has no place at a festival, the toddler was equipped with hearing protection and the Annie Mac DJ Set took place from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. this Friday. Enough to give baby Finlay time to take a good nap after this crowd and all these vibrations.
