The 72nd edition of the Flower Boat Festival organized by the Saint-Maxire festival committee will take place on Sunday July 28. As is customary, boats decorated with 10,000 to 15,000 paper roses will parade twice during the day on the Sèvre Niortaise: from 4 p.m., then from 10 p.m. Several shows are also planned during the afternoon: Duo Symbiose, acrobats, and Lilla & Nicolas, singers at 2:30 p.m.; comedian Didier Gustin will perform at 5:30 p.m. and Morgane Marlet and her musicians will sing the Balavoine repertoire at 6:45 p.m. Fireworks and a ball will close the day.
