On November 21 in Here it all begins (TF1, 6:35 p.m.), Wiesberg impresses Teyssier, Jim and Carla team up and Anaïs makes a serious mistake…
In the episode ofHere it all begins from Thursday November 21, 2024, Hortense (Catherine Davdyzenka) and Stanislas (Hubert Roulleau) find Alice (Noémie Zeitoun) in the kitchen to coach her before Teyssier (Benjamin Baroche) comes to attend her class. Unfortunately, the session does not go very well. Not only is Alice unable to compromise, but she is unable to ignore the extraneous noises… A little stressed, the young woman goes to see Gaspard (Maxym Anciaux) and asks him how she could relax during Teyssier's visit . The young cook simply advises her to be herself. He thinks that the director will not necessarily be bothered by his little quirks…
During her class, Alice makes every effort to remain relaxed in front of Teyssier. However, her students make numerous technical errors and this drives her crazy. She ends up shouting and yells at all the students to start from the beginning… After her lesson, Alice expects to be reprimanded by the principal, but that is not the case. Teyssier appreciates his rigor in pastry making and his demands towards students. He asks her to stay as she is.
Jim and Carla team up for the sake of their parents
Jim (Loan Becmont) surprises a somewhat animated conversation between Rose (Vanessa Demouy) and her father. Both seem uncomfortable, preoccupied… Once the director of the Master's has left, Jim goes to see Marc (Stéphane Blancafort) and asks him questions. Marc explains that he refused to resume cooking classes with Rose. He had a short story with her, but it ended since he saw her in the arms of Paul (Avy Marciano). Jim understands that nothing is really finished in his father's head…
A little later, Jim meets Carla (Aaricia Lemaire) and repeats to her what he learned: something really happened between his father and Rose! Shocked, Carla decides to trick her mother by offering to play Kill, marry, f*** by deciding between Clotilde (Elsa Lunghini), Du Chesnay (Hubert Roulleau) and Leroy. Very embarrassed, Rose pretends to have something to do and runs away. Carla understands that something is really going on with Leroy and will offer Jim a deal: meddle in their parents' story to bring them together. After all, Rose deserves to be happy!
Anaïs prevents Milan's dismissal
Arriving at the Institute, Anaïs (Julie Sassoust) learns from Vic (Lou Ladegaillerie) that Milan (Gabriel Réhsé) will go to the disciplinary council for the flight of great wines. He admitted to Teyssier that he had stolen them to make money. Very worried about her boyfriend paying for her, Anaïs rushes to go see him at the studio, where he is on the phone with Sam. Milan explains that she denounced herself so that Teyssier would not attack her . In fact, he threatened to force her to confess and to cancel the tasting of his event menu. Anaïs wants to tell Teyssier the truth, but Milan forbids her. The director could discover the truth about his illness.
Against Milan's advice, Anaïs goes to see Teyssier and assures him that Milan has done nothing. She admits to having broken the case of grands crusbut fails to say that this happened because of his illness. She claims to have done it by wanting to kiss Milan. Furious, the director scolds her but gives her what she wants: Milan can stay at the Institute.
At the end of her rope, Anaïs makes a serious mistake
Without waiting, the young woman finds Milan at the studio, but she cannot work because of her tinnitus. To relieve her, Milan offers to listen to music with his headphones while guiding him to prepare the dessert. Arriving for the tasting, Teyssier is surprised to see Anaïs working with a headset… On returning home, the director confides in Constance (Sabine Perraud) about Anaïs. He thinks his menu will be up to standard, but he wonders if the young woman is okay. He found it odd that she was working with headphones earlier. Hearing about the helmet, Constance flinches.
In the studio, Anaïs is on the verge of breaking down. One of her recipes needs to be perfected, but she has no idea and no longer has the strength to continue. Milan and Jude (Galaad Quenouillère) advise her to go home and rest, but the young woman persists. She decides to stay at the studio for a bit to find a solution. Once alone, Anaïs suffers from violent tinnitus and rushes to her bag to grab her headphones. There she finds the drugs offered by Sam and, exhausted, swallows a pill…
