Seven PM is delighted to announce the launch of the first edition of Alif Festival, a celebration of Arabic music. Scheduled for July 4 and 5, 2024, this new event will take place at the Anfa Park facilities, and announces stars from the Middle East and Morocco: Ragheb Alama and Iraqi singer Saif Nabeel who will perform on Thursday, July 4, Myriam Fares, expected on stage on Friday, July 5, as well as Moroccan singer Hatim Ammor. Iraqi DJ DJ Aseel who will host both evenings in the idyllic setting of Anfa Park.

Alif Festival adds to the ongoing commitment of the Seven PM agency to diversify Casablanca’s musical offering, and to breathe new energy into the city, with quality and resolutely contemporary events.

True to its trademark, Seven PM; organizer of the Jazzablanca, Casa Anfa Latina, “Amazingh” Taghazout Bay Festival and Tanjazz festivals; will offer the public a complete and immersive festival experience. Surrounded by greenery, in an electric atmosphere, Alif Festival presents renowned Arab artists and emerging talents, all enhanced by multiple activities, relaxation areas and various food stands for a complete sensory experience.

Arab music icon, Ragheb Alama will perform at Anfa Park on Thursday July 4. With his unique charisma and an immense repertoire, Ragheb Alama has left his mark on the music industry with global successes.

Iraqi singer Saif Nabeel will also perform on the same evening. He has had a successful year with major events, hit songs and a recent tour of the United States and Canada. Saif headlined the First Ottawa Arabic Music Festival. Present on MTV Lebanon, his videos have accumulated millions of views. Additionally, he made a significant impact on the new season of “Iraq Idol” on MBC.

Friday July 5, singer Hatim Ammor starts the evening. Became famous after winning the 2nd edition of “Studio 2M”, He began his career in the show “Noujoum wa Noujoum”, where he placed third, then won “Casting Star” two years later. After less successful attempts in the Lebanese shows “Super Star”, he almost gave up music. Encouraged by his father, he persevered and won “Studio 2M”. His album “Bla Onwane” is the biggest success of his career and wins best album in the Arab Maghreb.

The evening will continue with singer Myriam Fares. Nicknamed “The Queen of stage”, the Lebanese sensation of Arabic pop music, will enchant the audience with her captivating voice and captivating energy. Her dynamic performances and stage presence transport the audience into breathtaking shows.

The two evenings of Alif Festival will be hosted by one of the most recognized DJs in the Middle East: DJ Aseel. His style mixes traditional Arabic music and contemporary electronic rhythms. Based in Dubai, he explores the richness of Arabic music and integrates traditional elements into his mixes. Since his debut in 2007, DJ Aseel has been driven by a dream, that of contributing to a revolution in Arab music. He is witnessing the emergence of giants among DJs, like Tiesto, and this is an additional motivation for him to ensure that Arab DJs achieve similar success.
