Only three actors have played Wolverine in the cinema. Now aged 29, one of them has moved into the world of music.
At the origin of Wolverine: a young actor
In X-Men Origins : Wolverine (2009), we witness at the beginning of the film a flashback showing the first activation of Wolverine’s mutant gene. It’s none other than Troye Sivan, an Australian actorwhich stars in this poignant scene in which we see Logan murder his biological father. Strangely, it was not thanks to his theater roles that Troye got noticed, but thanks to his talents as a singer. In fact, a Hollywood agent contacted him after watching videos of him singing for the Australian telethon.
A year later, it was in the role of Spud that we found the actor on the big screen, in a trilogy of South African comedy-dramas based on the novel of the same name. Troye will then take a long break from his acting career, in order to fully concentrate on the music. He will release five EPs, and four albums : Blue Neighbourhood (2015), Blue Neighbourhood (The Remixes) (2016), Bloom (2018) et Something to Give Each Other (2023). The celebrity tried his hand at cinema again in 2023, in the role of Xander in the series The Idolbut the show will be canceled by HBO after a short season of five episodes.

A successful singer
Today, Troye Sivan has over 15 million followers on Instagram and over 23 million monthly listeners on Spotify. His fame has confronted him with obstacles related to his personal life. Suffering from Marfan syndromewho is characterized by a long and thin body shape, he has faced attacks on his physique.
Also, the singer publicly came out in 2013 through a Youtube video. Some of his music videos include gay characters, which led him to become a gay actor in 2017. youngest recipient of the Stephen F.
