Young Titouan, France’s standard bearer in the competition Eurovision Juniorranked 4th with 177 points this Saturday in Madrid, Spain. The 2024 edition was won by Andria Putkaradze and her song “To my mom” for Georgia. With 239 points, the country won its fourth trophy, the record for victories in the history of the competition. The Quimperois Titouan, noticed in the show The Voicedefended the French chances with “Like this, like that”a pop anthem to tolerance.
Since its return to Junior Eurovision in 2018, France has never left the top 5 and has won the trophy three times: with Valentina in 2020, then the double Lissandro in 2022 and Zoe Clauzure in 2023.

Organized by the association of national broadcasters EBU (European Broadcasting Union), the competition for young people aged 9 to 14 can reach up to 40 million viewers. It is possible to vote online for the candidate from your own country, unlike its big brother Eurovision, where Slimane finished 4th with “Mon amour” in 2024.
This year, 17 countries participated in the competition : Albania, Germany, Armenia, Cyprus, Spain, Estonia, France, Georgia, Ireland, Italy, North Macedonia, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, San Marino and Ukraine.
