Victor has a routine. In the morning, he swallows a banana, oatmeal and a protein yogurt, he stuffs his work suit into a bag and heads to Geneva at 7:30 a.m. for his crossfit session. Pumps, cladding, burpeesjump squats… The 29-year-old IT recruiter sweats profusely for an hour, takes a quick shower and starts his work day with the impression of being “stronger and more enduring”.

If Victor turned to group crossfit classes it’s because “lifting weights in my corner, alone with my headphones without being corrected by a coach” didn’t motivate him. Thanks to workout, this practice combining strength, endurance and balance, the resident of Annemasse, in Haute-Savoie, especially feels pushed to his limits. “Whatever your level, there is never a moment when you get bored while dominating your session,” he observes. You’re still in trouble.”
