The singer has reassured his touring team following his arrest for drunk driving.

Justin Timberlake reportedly apologized to his tour crew following his arrest.

The 43-year-old singer was arrested earlier this week for drunk driving and reportedly contacted his team hours later to reassure them about his upcoming world tour.

A source told The US Sun newspaper that Justin brought his team together for a conference call after some employees expressed concerns about the tour.

The informant said: “He made sure that this arrest did not create tension within the team, he reacted like a boss, like someone who manages his own affairs. He apologized for drawing attention to the team. Everyone was happy to hear what he said.”

The team reportedly feared the tour would be canceled, however, another source added: “We were quickly told nothing was going to change.”

The artist was arrested Tuesday morning in Sag Harbor, New York.

His legal team has since vowed to “vigorously defend” him in court.

Justin’s attorney, Edward Burke Jr., issued a statement to the New York Post’s Page Six: “We look forward to vigorously defending Mr. Timberlake against these allegations. We will have much to say in due time. He is currently waiting for the prosecutor’s office to provide him with all the necessary information. »
