Saturday June 8, 2024, the forty participants in the sound journey organized by the associations Au coeur de Trôo and Hêtre had a unique experience.

To the sound of Tibetan bowls, Christophe Damange and his partner Mélanie provided an hour of relaxation to the participants. “Christophe and Mélanie came to ask us to organize this sound journey, explains Patrick Eclercy-Deterpigny, president of the Au coeur de Trôo association. They had already practiced in traditional rooms on numerous occasions, but wanted to try the experience in a cave in the center of the earth, it seemed very interesting to them in terms of resonance. »

The two teachers, who are part of the Touraine Hêtre association, have already organized sessions to the sound of Tibetan bowls in Montoire, via the ABE association.

Last Saturday, at Trôo, participants were invited to come with their deckchairs, warm clothes and blankets in order to be as comfortable as possible. With their eyes closed, they let themselves be lulled by the sounds of the Tibetan bowls and a few other instruments.

“There was an incredible resonance in the cellar, confides Patrick Eclercy-Deterpigny. The audience was delighted, the participants felt great serenity at the end of the session. »

Reservations for the sound journey were made very quickly and given the general enthusiasm, Au coeur de Trôo plans to repeat the experience in August 2024.
