The city center of Riom hosted the activities of the Saint-Amable festival and the city festival, celebrated in the same spirit, this Sunday.
A wind of carefreeness swept through the city center of Riom, today, all day: from the Place de la Fédération to the Pré-Madame via the Coin des Taules, all the space was reserved for the party, that of Saint-Amable, first, then that of the town of Riom.
The public responded and did not shy away from their pleasure. This Sunday morning, the musical parade, in which the children of Riom were involved in colorful clothes and paintings, was followed by several hundred admirers. And the attendance continued to intensify in the afternoon.

Many associations responded to the call from the municipality, organizer of the festivals. Spread out at Place de la Fédération, in the Sainte-Chapelle garden, at Pré-Madame or at Coin des Taules, they took part in the activities and took advantage of this meeting to present their skills.
Several shows were offered throughout the day. The dance schools showed their know-how, the students from the music school or the Harmony played their pieces. But the public was also able to follow the wanderings of the Lilou company, the ambulatory show of Les Enjoliveurs or, on the Saint-Amable square, the story of the aviator Adrienne Bolland performed by the TroisSeconds company.
