A motorcycle enthusiast based in Seine-et-Marne is preparing to part with a very special Harley-Davidson: it had belonged to Johnny Hallyday in the 80s. The vehicle will be sold at auction on Saturday November 9, 2024 at Lyon (Rhône), relays “Le Pays Briard”.

A resident of Chauffry, in Seine-et-Marne, decided to sell one of his motorcycles at auction in order to finance his retirement. And not just any bike: the biker will in fact part with a legendary Harley-Davidson that belonged to Johnny Hallyday, reports The Briard Country .
“It was one of Johnny’s favorite Harleys”
He bought the legendary two-wheeler from an individual fourteen years ago. This motorcycle was notably used by the singer who died in 2017 during the concert to mark the bicentenary of the French Revolution in July 1989. “It was one of Johnny’s favorite Harleys”assures its owner to our colleagues.

The machine was completely overhauled by a specialist garage in Charly-sur-Marne, in Aisne. It will be offered for sale on Saturday November 9, 2024 during the Epoqu’Auto vintage vehicle show in Lyon (Rhône). The motorcycle of the most famous French rocker should appeal to many enthusiasts.
