During his exchange of a little over an hour in the studio with Lysandre Nadeau and Claude Béginshe explained that she co-resides with her ex, to make the transition from separation easier for her children, and them:

“It’s going well. We both came from divorce and we didn’t want that for our children. It’s hard, we have the image of family, we experience all the positives of having a reference point, stability, a cocoon, security, a place where you come home and are loved unconditionally, so when that starts to break, it’s toughit’s very, very difficult, because you try to put it back, and when you realize that it’s not going to work, it’s hard. (…) We decided to go through a slow transition, both for us and for them. Like a long mourning. Whether it’s better, not better, I don’t know. (…) I tell myself that if the parents are good, the children have more possibilities of being good.
