We had the opportunity to celebrate the inauguration of this menu around an exclusive evening. Musical atmosphere livewhite wine and bubbles in hand, we savored exquisite dishes: perfectly tender octopus, fresh oysters, refined caviar, tuna and salmon tartars, smoked salmon, beef tataki, arancini and garlic shrimp. It was a real feast, and every bite captivated our palate.
Special mention for the magnificent raw bar, located in the center of the room, which adds a touch of chic and allows you to observe the cooks and mixologists in action.
If you are a seafood lover or simply looking for a place to have a good time, Bar Les Cousins is definitely an address to discover.
