We launched for three hours of airtime, with, around the table, personalities who were neither politicians, nor editorialists, nor journalists, but people from civil society who debate current affairs. We started from a blank page trying to break the codes. And success came…
ALAIN MARSCHALL. – The format was completely new. We were entering unknown territory. Alain Weill (former boss of RMC and BFMTV, Editor’s note) had studied the talk radio format in the United States. And he wanted us to try an interactive talk show in the American style, but without journalists, apart from Olivier and me. We chose people who feel concerned, do not hesitate to be frank, to decide and to say what they want in complete freedom.
