They say a wedding is the happiest day of your life. Céline and Paul had an even more special day, since they were able to open their wedding ball with a new song from their favorite group. This couple from Balinghem, in , are fans of Coldplay. During the group’s concerts in last June, they asked him to come and play the song “All my love” at their wedding, which had not yet been released but which had been played once on stage.

After weeks of waiting, Phil Harvey, the group’s manager, promised them that he would do his best. Finally, two days before the fateful date, the couple received All My Love in world premiere, on his mailbox. “We cried a lot, even before the wedding. This song, its message, means a lot to us”says Paul. The couple was able to open the ball, on September 7, to the sound of the new song in front of their family and friends, in Belle- and Houllefort, in Boulonnais.

Thousands of happy wishes from all over the world

But the story doesn’t end there as Coldplay then posted the video of the couple dancing to his song on social media, wishing him love, laughter and happiness.

The result was thousands of congratulatory messages from all over the world. “We received words from Brazil, Australia, Asia… It prolonged the magic for days. We are going to print everything to preserve the memories of all these people who took the time to contact us.” The newlyweds were able to discover the final version of the song on October 6 since the group’s new album just released. They listened to it facing the sea, from Mauritius where they are on their honeymoon.
