For his first clip, Véronique Martinez, the Moissagaise manager of Aurien Vivos (winner of the 2023 edition of the show The Voice), followed him to the Hautes-Alpes. At an altitude of more than 1,200 m, she recounts this new experience, that of filming.
How are you experiencing this new experience?
For the first shoot, of Aurélien Vivos’ first music video, we arrived Thursday May 2, at 8:30 p.m. in Gap, and this morning at 9 a.m., we were in Saint-Apollinaire, a magnificent village with its lake surrounded by mountains . It’s magical, but for me, I admit that it’s missing about twenty degrees, especially since the sun is playing hide and seek and the wind remains very cold and present.
Have you ever attended the filming of a music video?
This is a first for me, I had never experienced all this before. There are 17 people in the film crew surrounding us. I’m experiencing this adventure at the same time as him and it’s a great moment for me and for Aurélien. I told him that his voice had never spoken to the stars so closely. It is indeed curious to hear his voice which goes away and resonates in the mountains.
When will we be able to see the clip?
The production of the clip accompanies the release of his first single, which will be on all music platforms on May 23 at midnight. On May 25, Aurélien from The Voice will present his trophy to the next winner of the show and will become Aurélien the full-fledged artist flying to the highest peaks. It’s really moving for me and for him. Here, he is like a child amazed by everything, fulfilled and happy.
What song is being recorded?
I can’t reveal it to you yet, Aurélien will soon, but I can tell you that on the set, there is a little 7-year-old actor with us. I can also reveal to you that it is the director Amira Charni, who supervises the clip for the record company Universal Music France. She notably directed the music video for Nour (First Love).
What is the continuation of your adventure with Aurélien?
For now, Aurélien is finishing his “From Shadow to Light” tour. On May 25, he will present his trophy during the show The Voice and on June 5, it’s the Olympia. But first, Saturday May 4, at 6 a.m., we take the train back to Toulouse, because at 5 p.m., Aurélien shares the Zénith stage with Patrick Bruel who is waiting for him, as he had promised, to sing with him . The second week of May will be reserved for a meeting with Didier Barbelivien who wishes to write a song for Aurélien. It’s so good, we don’t count the fatigue, we live it all to the fullest.
