For this new episode of “La Meilleure Friterie”, Hainaut is entering the competition. Among the candidates for this new season, there is Véro and Bibiche. In their Charleroi chip shop, one particularity delights customers, and this concerns the sauces.

For Véro and Bibiche, her husband, fries are more than a love story. In the field for 26 years, she answers nothing other than “the fry“, when asked about his specialty.

A response which did not fail to pleasantly surprise David Antoine. “This is the first time, really, that we hear: ‘My specialty is fries’“.

And if their establishment, the Eveningstands out so much, particularly for two things: first of all, their choice of sauces. “Cis either an improvement or a mixture of sauces“, she explains.

And when the jury asks her how many she has, the figure is impressive: “About sixty“. Obviously, the desire to ask him to list them is too strong for David Antoine. And what is certain is that the owner knows his sauces.

Besides that, another specialty has made the establishment famous: the Carolo burger. Its particularity? The bread is black, “typical carolo“, specifies Véro. Unfortunately, the latter will not be unanimous among the jury. But Véro and Bibiche rest assured, the jury loved the rest!
