Starting the day with a coffee/fouace, then a short historical hike around the village, commented in French and Occitan by Justin Thérondel, or even taking part in board games and pétanque activities, all of this is not trivial. The morning’s entertainment will begin at 9:30 a.m., until time for an aperitif around 12:30 p.m. Then, it will be time to sit down at the table to enjoy the big meal, with, as a highlight, as much as you like.
