Led by a passionate team of volunteers, the new Hérault Languederock Festival intends to establish itself in the rock landscape of Occitanie. “This event was created to celebrate the passion and diversity of the rock scene in all its genres,” assure the organizers who wish to “bring together rock music fans of all generations around great live performances.”
Elmer Food Beat Headlines
“On September 28, the Zinga Zanga room will become the temple of rock with three groups from the French scene”, they confirm: “prepare yourself for a night of fiery music, camaraderie and memorable memories in an effervescent and authentic atmosphere”. To set the tone, Languederock has chosen its headliner: the group Elmer Food Beat.
“A legendary group whose songs have marked an entire generation,” the organizers enthusiastically recall: ” Their laid-back rock style and their catchy choruses have captured the hearts of audiences for decades, and their return to the stage at the Languederock Festival promises an evening of nostalgia, laughter and pure rock’n’roll fun.”
Alternative metal and crazy punk rock
The public will also be able to appreciate two other groups: Magoyond And the 3 Cheeses. The first is a French alternative metal band and symphonic that invites the audience on a journey into a unique universe of fantasy, macabre, cynicism and references to pop culture. “Their presence on stage is a real experience in itself, and the costumed and made-up French quartet promises to shake up the Zinga Zanga hall with an irresistible sound and cinematic style,” promise the organizers.
On the other hand, the 3 Fromages will be offering on stage a mix of punk, rock and crazy humor : “This group is a true phenomenon of the French music scene. Their catchy music and high-energy performances make them an essential group on the rock scene that will set the Languederock Festival alight with their crazy party songs.”
To complete the festive experience, bars and food trucks will be available to quench the thirst and delight the public. And the final word for the organizers already “On Air”: “Don’t miss this first edition which is already shaping up to be a historic moment for rock in Béziers and Occitanie”.
