On the occasion of the “Harry Potter: the Forbidden Forest Experience” event – which is taking place at the Jardin des Plantes de Montauban until the beginning of February – the Montauban toy museum invites the public to come and discover its temporary exhibition of Harry Potter games, toys and objects. A great opportunity to come or return to spend a magical moment in this real Ali Baba’s cave.
Installed on nearly 800 m² at 770 boulevard Blaise-Doumerc, the museum invites you to delve into your memories, to discover and share unique objects among the thousands of pieces on display. A moment of wonder guaranteed for young and old. And the youngest can enjoy the games room reserved for them.
The volunteers of the association which manages the museum are there to welcome you and accompany you in discovering the collections by telling you stories and anecdotes, mixing great History with that of toys.
A great puzzle game
During the All Saints’ Day holidays, the museum is open from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., Wednesday to Sunday. Come there to participate in the Great Puzzle Game organized until November 3 by the Club des Sites of the departmental tourism agencies of Tarn and Tarn-et-Garonne. Two puzzles await you there: one for the adult category, the other for the junior category.
As a reminder, the museum is closed on public holidays and is open, outside school holidays, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. By reservation, it can also open specifically for groups. Finally, it should be noted that the team of volunteers is looking to expand.
