Terrible road accident this Monday evening in Créteil (Val-de-Marne). A person died after the vehicle she was in hit a parked heavy goods vehicle. She was a passenger. The driver is none other than Marcel Junior Loutarila, better known by his rapper stage name: Koba LaD. The circumstances of the tragedy are still quite unclear.
According to initial reports, the artist was driving a car with two other people in it. At the Total gas station in Créteil, on the A86, the vehicle collided with a parked heavy goods vehicle.
The rapper and the backseat passenger were slightly injured. They were taken to hospital. An investigation has been opened to determine the circumstances of the tragedy.
Born in Saint-Denis, Koba LaD grew up in Évry, in Essonne. He has released three studio albums (“VII”, “L’Affranchi” and “Dtail”), as well as a joint album with rapper Zola, his rival with whom he had reconciled, entitled “Frères ennemis”.
The artist is also known for his legal troubles. He is due to appear in court at the end of the year for gang violence following a spectacular brawl that occurred in 2022 in a Parisian nightclub. Judged as a repeat offender, he faces 20 years in prison.
