Vaccination against whooping cough, respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), influenza, Covid-19… it is not always easy to convince pregnant women of the benefit of these vaccinations for themselves and their unborn child. Between misinformation circulating on social networks and poor knowledge of the recommendations in force, reliable and simple sources of information are always a valuable aid for those carrying out vaccination.
A survey to define needs
Thus the High Authority for Health (HAS) invites pregnant women to answer a short questionnaire, in 6 questions, to collect their questions concerning vaccination during pregnancy, assess their knowledge in this area and determine the health professionals likely to to help them make an informed decision (forgetting, in passing, the members of the pharmacy teams as possible interlocutors!). Open since January 15, the online questionnaire is available until February 9, 2025 inclusive. The responses will be used to develop information support which will be intended for pregnant women. Pharmacy teams can encourage their affected patients to participate in this survey, particularly during the short interview intended for them, by connecting to the HAS website (has-sante.fr), in the “Users/ User documents”.
