A 51-year-old Belgian found dead in Panama in an advanced state of decomposition

According to Panamanian media, the body of a 51-year-old Belgian was discovered this Thursday in the port city of Puerto Armuelles, near the border with Costa Rica. Worried about not seeing him for several days, the neighbors were alerted by a strong smell emanating from his apartment.
