The Sainte-Marie Hospital Association (AHSM) presents the winners of its first “Flash Nuggets”. CThis new event offered multidisciplinary teams the opportunity to work on improving the user journey. Two innovative solutions have emerged, one on the transition to retirement of Esat users, the other on health/medico-social transitions. Press release.
“Les Pépites Flash” is an inter-territory competition (Ardèche-Drôme, Aveyron, Haute-Loire, Puy-de-Dôme-Allier and Rhône) offered to multidisciplinary teams made up of 4 volunteer professionals, who reflected on a theme proposed by the association’s management committee. The teams had 4 weeks to provide a solution to a problem that they had identified, in connection with the proposed theme, “How to improve the user journey?” ”, and according to a user-centered methodology.
This new format was led by Pierre Remigereau, Director of Development and Cooperation at AHSM, who supported and validated the different stages of the project with the teams. 5 themes around the route were selected:
• The transition to retirement of ESAT workers
• Breaks in pathways as part of health/ESMS transitions or between ESMS
• The revitalization of the therapeutic bar
• Accessibility to health information throughout the care pathway
• Reception to build a relationship of trust with the dependent elderly person and better support them in their institutional journey in an EHPAD
2 award-winning teams for this first edition
At the end of these 4 weeks of reflection, the proposals were submitted to the members of the jury composed of Michel Doly (vice-president AHSM), Humbert Boisseaux (medical advisor AHSM), Nicolas Choutet (director of the Ardèche-Drôme territory), Eric Jugier (former Michelin executive, innovation expert), Alexandre Cagnac (IDE Aveyron), Aurélie Esbelin (ESMS manager Puy-de-Dôme – Allier) and Pierre Remigereau (AHSM development and cooperation director) and two winning teams were awarded prizes:
• The Adelaide Perrin team – Établissements Sainte Marie Rhône – for its project on “The transition to retirement of ESAT workers”
• The team from Establishments Sainte-Marie Ardèche – Drôme for its work on the subject “Course breaks in the context of health transitions/ESMS or between ESMS”
These two projects, which are intended to be spread across all territories, will be supported by the Fonds Sainte-Marie, Pierre Remigereau and the territory directors concerned.
The next edition of Pépites Flash will take place in 2026.
