While WWE SmackDown moved to a three-hour format for the first time in its history last Friday, RAW could also resume this format, although this has not yet been confirmed by the wrestling company.
Guest of the SI Media podcast, Triple H spoke about the duration of WWE RAW on Netflix and confirmed that it could vary from one week to the next. He tells us:
“It will be flexible in the sense that I don’t think the time constraints of television necessarily apply. Like other shows, we have the freedom to do what’s needed for the show. If this episode has to last an hour, perfect, it’s an hour If the next episode is going to be 42 minutes, it’s going to be 42 minutes. That’s what delivers the best product.
I’m not saying we’re going to do 42-minute shows, but clearly we’re going to deliver the product in a way that best suits Netflix, their business model, and best suits our storytelling.”
