To accelerate the treatment of aggressive cancers and the reception of young or pregnant patients, the IUCT-Oncopole is deploying a “rapid” care pathway.
It allows you to schedule a first appointment with a oncologist or a surgeon in the five days following the call from the patient or her prescribing doctor.
Thus, the Oncopole relies on specially trained medical assistants and able, from a decision tree, to book a consultation. A penalty is also organized to support their decision if necessary.
