This project, launched as part of the pact for the emancipation of young people in Planoise, aims to create accessible and practical health booklets. Co-constructed with local experts, including health professionals and social workers, these booklets meet the needs of hard-to-reach populations.

Facilitate the work of professionals by providing them with practical supports to relay prevention and health promotion messages. The booklets are illustrated and simplified, with QR codes for additional information.

Mapping of Health Actions in Planoise

The map of health actions in Planoise lists a wide range of initiatives covering various themes such as nutrition, access to care, addictions, mental health, and parenting. It includes both one-off and recurring actions, and is aimed primarily at professionals, but also at residents of the neighborhood.

  • Precise inventory : Provide a comprehensive overview of health actions carried out in Planoise.
  • Create links between actors : Facilitate collaboration and complementarity between different professionals. For example, an actor wishing to take action on nutrition can consult the mapping to see if a similar initiative already exists and possibly collaborate.
  • Audience orientation : Help direct residents to available health actions.
  • Filtering by themes : Users can filter actions according to different health themes.
  • Detailed information : Each action is described with the name, organizing structure, contact details, frequency, address, number of sessions, and whether the action is past, current, or future, as well as its accessibility to the public.
  • Regular update : Professionals are encouraged to update information regularly to keep the mapping accurate and relevant.
