4,000 works will be offered for sale, at very modest prices since prices vary between €0.50 and €3. There will be something for all tastes and all ages with very good deals up for grabs for the public. Reorganize collections
Closing is essential to reorganize furniture and shelving. The objective is to establish a more readable classification of collections, narrowed around five themes: world and society, arts, practical and playful, nature and ecology, media. The works will thus be grouped into more coherent sets which now speak more to the public

With this redevelopment, there is also a desire to give a stronger identity, a singularity to the city’s media library. It will indeed allow a more global redistribution of volumes, to create more user-friendly spaces, better adapted to the different missions of the media library, to the different audiences it welcomes.
