The documentary by Valéry Gaillard and Jean-François Corty grabs us straight away and puts us at the heart of the subject of their documentary: in front of the Ministry of Health in , in April 2022, Marie Thibaut founder of the collective Stop au cancer de nos enfants lists the names of the 25 children from the country of Retz who were affected by pediatric cancer. The portrait of certain deceased children adorns the t-shirts of their loved ones. The moment is poignant but serves the purpose of this documentary which recounts the struggle of these parents confronted with their child’s illness and who want to understand why.
