Now four shots behind Benjamin Follett-Smith, Maxence Giboudot maintains his chances of victory this Saturday in the Czech Republic.

On the Royal Beroun Golf Club who suffered relatively less than during the first two rounds, Maxence Giboudot returned a third card under par. Although he did less well than on the previous two days, the 20-year-old scored a 67 (-3) punctuated by four birdies and a bogey. He failed to improve the last six holes which he had played in -6 each time this week.

Benjamin Follett-Smith continued its momentum with a new 63 (-7). The Zimbabwean once again had a prolific day of birdies (eight against one bogey). The Finn Oliver Lindell took second place, two shots from the lead thanks to his six birdies over the last six holes. Maxence Giboudot is third in the company of the Icelander Harald Magnus four lengths from the leader.

By finishing second (alone or tied), Maxence Giboudot would join the top 72 of the Road to Mallorca and would thus secure a place for the next two richly endowed tournaments in China. He would also keep a chance of playing in the final in Mallorca, and why not, join the DP World Tour at the end of the season.

Félix Mory on the verge of the top 20

Author of a good 65 (-5) despite a bogey from the 2nd, Felix Mory grabbed quite a few places to move up to 23rd place, still seven shots off the podium. Conversely, Pierre Pineau fell to 31st position, alongside Gary Stallafter his 69 (-1).

Clement Guichard (-9, 38e), Andoni Etchenique (-7, 59e) et Damien Perrier (-6, 65th) follow in the ranking.
