According to the minister, Omar Bin Laden, 43, had been “based in Orne for several years as the spouse of a British national”.
Placed under OQTF since 2023
Omar Bin Laden left French territory in 2023. After comments questioned as advocating terrorism on social networks, the prefect of Orne placed him under Obligation to leave French territory (OQTF). The Administrative Court validated this decision, according to our colleagues at Figaro. The man will now have the “impossibility” of returning to France “for any reason whatsoever”.
