Williams is the third team in the field to announce the presentation date of its car for the 2025 Formula 1 season. The British team chose Friday February 14 to lift the veil on its FW47.

Led by James Vowles, the Grove-based team will unveil its factory’s latest at the Silverstone circuit, albeit in a temporary livery. A decision taken while, four days later, the joint event scheduled for February 18 in London will take place for a presentation of all the liveries of the field, to celebrate the 75 years of the championship.

The season ahead will open an exciting chapter for Williams, which is coming off a difficult year and finishing ninth and penultimate in the constructors’ standings. Indeed, if Alexander Albon will still wear the colors of the team, he will be joined by Carlos Sainz, four times Grand Prix winner and pushed to leave Ferrari by the star transfer of Lewis Hamilton.

Williams is the third of the ten teams to have made its presentation date official, after Ferrari for February 19, and Red Bull on the same day of the joint event in London. This ballet should be very rhythmic, while winter testing will be limited to three days on the Bahrain circuit, from February 26 to 28, and the season will open with the Australian Grand Prix on March 16.
