As Sergio Pérez has a mediocre 2024 season, he will be dropped by Red Bull after the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, according to Fox Sports México.
In great difficulty this year at Red Bull, it appears more and more likely that the Mexican will be replaced for 2025. Sergio Pérez is only in eighth place in the world championship, last of the drivers belonging to the four top teams, and above all very far from his teammate. While Max Verstappen is already crowned World Champion and has 429 points, Pérez only has 152 points on the clock.
The Mexican has also not been on the podium since the 2024 Chinese Grand Prix, namely the fifth round of the season, and has not won a Grand Prix since Azerbaijan in April 2023, an eternity for a driver Red Bull.

Abu Dhabi 2024, Sergio Pérez’s last Grand Prix at Red Bull?
Fox Sports México announces that the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix will be Sergio Pérez's last race at the wheel of Red Bull, and that the Austrian team is studying how to part ways with its driver.
The Mexican media adds that “The driver's reaction to the team's decision not to continue will determine the end of his relationship, as a contract termination would cost Red Bull a six-figure sum (USD).”
Still according to Fox Sports México, the Cadillac team, which will arrive in F1 in 2026, could represent an opportunity for Sergio Pérez to regain a starting place on the grid. Regarding the Mexican's replacement at Red Bull, Yuki Tsunoda and Liam Lawson are the favorites, which could then allow Isack Hadjar to make his F1 debut with Racing Bulls in 2025.
