HIGHLIGHTS

Well established in provisional third place at the start of the race, Thierry Neuville encountered big problems with his Hyundai in the last part of the special. Lacking power on his Hyundai, the Belgian lost around forty seconds even though there will be no assistance today.

In this special with a profile similar to the previous one, Elfyn Evans signs a first scratch and takes the opportunity to take the lead, seven tenths ahead of Ott Tänak while Thierry Neuville largely retains his provisional third place despite his problems.

Far from this trio, Takamoto Katsuta took the advantage of Adrien Fourmaux for provisional fourth place.

In WRC2, Nikolay Gryazin scored a third consecutive scratch while Sami Pajari recovered well after his puncture in SS3.
