The pink, yellow and red of the Grand Tours, the dust of the Strade Bianche, the walls of Flanders and the cobblestones of Paris-Roubaix will shape Miche's 2025, a year that promises to be full of challenges on the big stage World Tour races.
The San Vendemiano-based company is the new technical partner of the Groupama – FDJ Cycling team for the 2025 season, supplying the wheels and components of the Race Division range, a line designed to meet the needs of professional riders.
Together, Miche and Groupama-FDJ will write a new chapter in history, pushing the limits of performance and innovation, driven by a common passion.
Gregory Girard, Managing Director of Miche, announces the start of a technical sponsorship agreement between the San Vendemiano Veneto-based company and the French Groupama-FDJ Cycling Team.
This is a strong commitment from both parties, united by a common goal: to be the best players on the World Tour cycling circuit.

Gregory Girard, general manager of Miche:
It is with great pride that we become the technical partner of the World Tour Groupama – FDJ Cycling Team, by supplying our wheels. These wheels have become one of the core products of our company, and they already give us a lot of satisfaction in terms of sales. This is a crucial step for the Miche brand: for the first time, our wheels will be used by a World Tour team, a goal that we have achieved by devoting numerous resources to improving the product, thanks to several wind tunnel test sessions and numerous road tests carried out with professional riders. However, this is only the first step: our goal, in addition to increasing the prestige of the Miche brand, is to further raise the level of our product.
A leading technical partner
From the first meeting, the Groupama – FDJ cycling team was deeply impressed by the quality of Miche products, recognizing a unique opportunity for customization and adaptation to the specific needs of riders. Through this partnership, Miche is able to offer high-performance solutions designed to meet the demands of a world-class team.
Thierry Cornec, General Director of the Groupama – FDJ cycling team:
I am delighted to be partnering with Groupama FDJ Cycling Team with a brand as iconic as Miche. From day one, the main goal of both teams was to work side by side to leverage our expertise and feedback to further refine their high-performance products. Miche is not just participating, but is here to deeply support the team to win the biggest international races and our entire team is taking on this challenge.
Tailored to the needs of professional runners
Miche, Italian excellence in the bicycle sector, stands out for its specialized approach to design and production. With its entirely Italian design center in San Vendemiano, the company operates vertically, guaranteeing full control over every stage of production.
This structure makes it possible to create tailor-made solutions for teams and athletes, meeting specific needs while optimizing performance, reliability and design.
Jeremy Roy, Technical Director of the Groupama FDJ cycling team:
Our partnership with Miche begins with their famous wheels, the cornerstone of our deal. But it extends beyond that to encompass other innovative components that, once integrated, should significantly improve our team's performance. Miche's deep understanding of cycling will be essential in propelling our team to new heights. Additionally, Miche's in-house production capabilities are a key factor in bringing this collaboration to fruition.
Their ability to tailor components to the specific needs of each rider will allow us to optimize performance and consistently achieve superior results. This partnership will also facilitate the co-development of new products, thereby strengthening our competitive advantage.
Defining a new era for World Tour cycling
Miche's Race Division product line offers a range of premium wheels and components. From climbs to sprints
through time trials, Miche products are designed to deliver maximum performance with a particular emphasis on efficiency
aerodynamics and engineering.
Gregory Girard, Managing Director of Miche:
We are already working with the team on further developments and improvements of current solutions and on the design of new products that we will then offer to the market. We are convinced that this partnership will allow us to establish new commercial collaborations, both in markets where we are not yet present and in those where we are already well established.
We look forward to seeing the riders of Groupama – FDJ Cycling Team using our wheels in the most important races on the UCI calendar and wish them good luck for the 2025 season.
During the 2025 season, the riders of the Groupama FDJ Cycling Team will ride with products from Miche's RD range.
The Kleos wheel family will be the technical highlight of the equipment: from the lightweight RD 36 model, designed for climbers, to the high-end RD 62 model for high speeds, including the versatile RD 50 model.
For time trials, the team will have access to the Crono RD disc and the SPX3 three-spoke front wheel. The team will also use the new X1 RD chainring, RD spindles and speedometer mounts.
The Tour Down Under 2025 will mark the start of the collaboration between Miche and the Groupama FDJ cycling team. An unmissable event for all cycling enthusiasts.
