The FFC has published the national ranking of teams which serves to calculate the sporting criterion for maintaining, accessing or moving down a national division. We are in the first year of the 2024-2025 biennial and it is at the end of the 2025 season that the final calculations will be made.
Currently, the average points to maintain, or to access a division is equal to 30% of the average of the first eight teams. This percentage may be adapted before June 30, 2025.
As of October 31, 2024, the entry door to N1 closes at 3807.25 points. Four N1 clubs are below this threshold. On the other hand, two N2 clubs are above. Among them, Atria-Montluçon Cyclisme, winner of the Coupe de France N2 (which is also a ticket for the N1) and candidate for promotion.
On the other hand, among the N1 clubs above 3807.25 points, three have announced not to return to N1 next year: Morbihan Adris Gwendal Oliveux, Cre'Actuel-Marie Morin-U 22 and EC Saint- Etienne Loire.
