Licence ELITE
Elite runners declared from national division teams and runners who have chosen to take an elite.
Any rider who scored 300 FFC pts or more during the 2024 season 2024 elite riders who scored less than 300 pts
Any rider who scored between 50 FFC pts and 299.99 pts during the 2024 season
Open 1 runners in 2024 having scored less than 300 pts if they request it.
Any rider having scored between 5 FFC pts and less than 50 pts during the 2024 season Open 2 riders in 2024 having scored less than 50 pts if they request it.
Runners who have scored less than 5 points are classified Open 3 but they can apply for an Access license.
First year U19 runners in 2025 (born in 2008)
These runners will be classified in Open 3 except the runners having scored more than 300pts who will be in Open 2
If they wish, they can have an Open 2 or an Open 1.
Runners who have scored less than 20 points will be able to apply to the regional committee for an Access license.
Second year U19 runners in 2025 (born in 2007)
U19 runners, classified in Open 1 (only Open 1s) following the categorization, can, if they wish, make a request to go down to Open 2.
Runners licensed for Access in 2024 are classified in the open categories according to the number of points scored in the Open races.
For the other Access, they will find their categories in 2024.
- Riders moved up a category in 2024 on the basis of victories or points will not be able to claim a category descent in 2025 (except over 40 years old).
- Any rider can make a request for a category descent (maximum one category at a time) to the Regional Committee via the document available on the website in the Administrative section.
- The two category downgrade request periods are from November 1 to January 1 and from June 15 to June 30.
