“I had good legs, good feelings. On the first lap, I messed up a bit on the slope but then it was fine. Thanks to the turns, I was often able to measure the gap with the girls behind. At times, it came back a little so I tried to restart each time to widen the gap. I hope to still win in the next rounds of the Coupe de France and in the Championship.
On the technical parts, it is favorable for mountain bikers like me but there were also portions which favor road bikers. I preferred the Nommay circuit because there were some good kicks there. He was also more technical. I prefer technique to recovery. But ultimately, I performed better here. »

“I got off to a pretty good start, which allowed me to quickly find myself at the front. I caught up with the girls gradually, then Justine (Mesnard) joined me. We fought until the end to get back to the first two, we were able to get back to one of the two (Anaïs Martinet, Editor’s note). It was a duel until the end, then, to play for second place in the sprint. It was fun to fight until the end.
Compared to Nommay, the circuit suited me a little more here. There it was very slippery, here I was able to express myself more easily physically. »

“It’s a little revenge compared to Nommay, where I fell from the start to finish just off the podium. This time, I had another bad start but without falling. So I was able to return to the front a little more “easily”. It was another comeback race for me. When I came up with Lana (Le Guilloux), I went in front, we took turns and we were able to catch the one who was 2nd at that time. Then we fought for this second place in the sprint.
After these first two rounds of the Coupe de France, I have the feeling of being in the top five nationally. I'm happy, especially since I'm only Cadette 1.
I do road, cyclo-cross and mountain biking but I prefer the last two disciplines mentioned, I find it less monotonous than the road. In the mud, it's nice. »
