The second Sunday in November is traditionally devoted to the Toboggan Creuse des Cyclos Randonneurs Guérétois. Walkers and mountain bikers will set off from Saint-Léger-le-Guérétois (Creuse), this Sunday, November 10.

The Cyclos Randonneurs Guérétois are organizing a new edition of the Toboggan Creuseois on Sunday November 10. They will be waiting for mountain bikers and walkers for the departure from the Saint-Léger-le-Guérétois village hall.

Three routes for mountain biking/VAE and two for walkers

This event is open to both licensees and non-licensees, and everyone will be able to find a route to suit them. Thus, the program will include two mountain bike/VAE circuits of 40 km (970 meters of elevation) and 29 km (680 meters of elevation) as well as a family mountain bike/VAE route of 16 km with a suitable elevation; for walkers, Michel Barbanchon has also designed two routes of 10 km and 15 km.

The mountain bike/VAE routes will take participants to the heights of Maupuy, then to the surroundings of the arboretum and the Puy de Chiroux. A mid-course refreshment will allow you to regain your strength before tackling the following kilometers, and a friendly drink will be served upon arrival.

The Cyclos Randonneurs Guérétois have already noted three events in the 2024 calendar (07/12/2023)

In 2023, despite very poor weather conditions, 176 courageous walkers and mountain bikers responded. The sky should be more clement this year, and the members of the Cyclos Randonneurs Guérétois club will be hard at work, Sunday, November 10, from 7:30 a.m. to ensure reception and registration at the Saint -Léger-le Guérétois. The first departures are scheduled for 8:45 a.m.
