The Taihu Lake Tour returns for a 12th edition from October 9 to 13! This Chinese stage race created in 2010 and won by the New Zealander George Jackson last year took place over five days near Shanghai, in the province of Jiangsu. For this first short, completely flat stage (103 km) around the town of Wuxi, we logically witnessed a massive sprint which smiled on the Estonian Martin Last ! Already a winner on multiple occasions on the Asian circuit this season, notably on the Hainan Tourthe team’s sprinter Ferei Quick-Panda Podium Mongolia dominated the Chinese Kuicheng Wang (Bodywrap Men’s Cycling Team) and the Pole Tobiasz Pawlak (Mazovia Heart of Poland) pour un podium sans ProTeam…

To find trace of the first representative of one of them, you have to go down to 6th place, occupied by the French Jason Tesson (TotalEnergies).
