I was inspired to talk about this after my grandmother was ignored by doctors for months despite obvious symptoms of cancer. It was only after that she found the strength to fight for herself that a blood test revealed her diagnosis. At that time, cancer had already spread.
-The most important lesson I have drawn from this experience is the absolute need to defend your own health. Do not let a doctor make you doubt your pain or minimize it. I hope that the men and women who fight to find answers will feel, even a little bit, understood thanks to my experience. »»
