Thunderbolt in the Miss France universe this Wednesday, January 22, 2025. Cindy Fabrewinner in 2005 and director of the beauty contest since August 2022, announced on Instagram “the end of [sa] collaboration with the Miss France Society”.
The Miss France company reacts
Shortly after the publication of her message on Instagram, the latter reacted by publishing a press release in story, also on Instagram.
If she writes that the collaboration was concluded “by mutual agreement”Cindy Fabre wrote that she would have “loved to continue carrying out this mission which is so close to (her) heart”.
But sometimes life invites us to rewrite our path.

Three years of collaboration
Cindy Fabre was appointed director of the national competition in August 2022, following the departure of Sylvie Tellier.
She then held the position of president and CEO of the company. Then in 2021, the new company Miss France is founded, and there it is Alexia Laroche-Joubert who becomes president. Cindy Fabre was “only” director of the competition and then became the new face of the Miss France company.
Clearly, it was she who accompanied the beauty queen to various events (notably the local elections) and presented the show alongside Jean-Pierre Foucault.
Who to replace Cindy Fabre?
For the moment, Cindy Fabre’s replacement has not been named by Frédéric Gilbert, president of the company since March 2023.
It could be a former Miss France, who will accompany Angélique Angarni-Filipon, winner of 2025, for the rest of her year of reign.
