France Télévisions is in a bit of turmoil at the moment. We discover that certain supposedly neutral “witnesses”, in the documentaries produced by public channels, were in reality far-left activists (gosh!), and we learn, these days, that the group, although financed by the taxes of a decidedly very nice taxpayer, continues to lose money. However, instead of modifying their editorial line, or quite simply questioning themselves, the columnists and guests of What an eraLéa Salamé’s talk show, have decided to continue their momentum.
We can as long as we’re on the left
In this show, we can easily declare that Elon Musk, this man who wants to send human beings to conquer Mars, has earned hundreds of billions of dollars and is going to reform the American civil service, is a “fat asshole”. It’s normal, since we’re in France, and we’re on the left: we represent intelligence, goodness, truth. All those who do not agree with Good, Truth and intelligence are necessarily imbeciles. You just have to see how France Inter, as Jean Kast wrote in these columns, struggles to interpret the election of Donald Trump. This is the problem with self-proclaimed intelligence: when reality does not conform to its predictions, the French media-political caste does not have the right software. Error 404. So – it’s much simpler than thinking – there remains the insult.
Christine Ockrent (representative, if ever there was one, of this camp of Good and True which rarely goes beyond the inner ring road) was, this weekend, the guest of Léa Salamé. She took part in the show, asking imaginary questions to personalities whose photos she was shown. Challenging photos, very left-handed, that too: as courageous as leaving X when no one cares… In short, to Elon Musk, Christine Ockrent would like to ask the following question: “You have twelve children. How much is the next litter? »
Large families have « litters » but not all
-Ok. So like that, (very) large families are families of animals, which are counted in “litters”. We do not know if Ms. Ockrent would have had the breathtaking courage to ask this question to other family units in other latitudes, or even, in France, to the family of Adama Traoré (17 children born to four women, including several repeat offenders), but we imagine not, because this kind of filthy invective only concerns right-wing white families. And having a lot of children means having too many, probably? A real family is one or two children, and we leave it there? It is true that raising a large family is sometimes difficult. It is also true, finally, that contempt for families is the symptom of a sick society, which hates life while counting on those who found a home to pay for pensions.
Faced with Ms. Ockrent, Léa Salamé said “Han…. » half admiring, half shocked, like in middle school, when we said “Han, I wouldn’t have liked it!” » in the face of a shock sentence sent without excess of charity in the playground. So. While America prepares to send astronauts to Mars, signs decrees with all its might to change the face of the world and promises a “golden age”, in France, we are left with “tiny hope” of Bayrou, while journalists stuffed with subsidies make end-of-banquet jokes intended to smear families. As for which of the two is on the road to recovery…
