On December 5, TMC launched the fifth season of The Agency. The family Kretz was therefore back on our screens to reveal to us the underbelly of luxury real estate. However, a major change was made to the program, namely the recruitment of a new personality.
In fact, the Kretz have decided to use an agent external to their clan: Alexandre Bruneau. Before turning to real estate, the latter evolved in the world of advertising and created the Koober app (book podcast platform). He was even columnist on the BFM Business channel. But as he explains in an interview for TV Star (published on January 13, 2025), real estate “has been part of his life for a long time“. “So I knew I would come there one day“, he added.
When he was recruited by the Kretz, Alexandre Bruneau was not yet a professional in this field. Regardless, his lack of experience did not work against him. “This is what shows their intelligence and their relevance. The Kretz are much more than a simple real estate agency, they have very strong values“, he admitted to them.

The fact remains that his arrival created some tensions between the members of the clannot all convinced by its potential. “It wasn’t easy, knowing that the Kretz agency existed long before TV. There are two visions that coexist and two generations that oppose each other. As for me, it was the youngest who won!“And finally, Alexandre Bruneau was able to find his place, in the middle of a very close-knit and unfiltered family.”What struck me at first was that The Agency reproduces well what they are. They have lunch together at least two or three times a week and see each other very often. Over time, I understood their balance. Sometimes they shout, they argue, but it goes down very quickly“.
Today, Alexandre Bruneau is in charge of Kretz Club, a new branch of the agency. “We see properties that could be renovated and resold for much more. We therefore decided to launch this club so that as many people as possible could have access to it. Anyone can apply and people can enter a project from 1,000 euros“.
