Kate Middleton has had a very difficult year 2024. Prince William’s wife fought against cancer and had to stay away from the media. If she is now in remission, the Duchess of Cambridge does not forget the people who were present during these difficult months. This Tuesday, January 14, she went to the Royal Marsden Hospital, in London, where she was treated. Kate Middleton wanted to speak with the staff but also with the patients. The opportunity for her to talk about her own experience. As reported by Daily MailKate Middleton took the time to chat with everyone. Before becoming the future Queen of England, she was a woman who fought against illness and she openly made it known. “You think the treatment is over… but there’s still a real challenge,” she began before continuing: “We have to talk but the world is completely disappearing. You have to understand that, as a patient, yes there are side effects because of the treatment but you have them in the long term.”
